 Concessionary Bus Pass Petition
A Concessionary Bus Pass Petition has been created on the Official Site of The Prime Ministers Office regarding the use of Concessionary Bus Passes on Community Transport services. The Concessionary Bus Pass Petition urges people to sign in support the use of Concessionary Bus Passes on Community Transport. Concessionary Bus Pass Petition Introduction
"Many elderly people and those with disabilities cannot access conventional bus services and are adversely affected compared to more able bodied people, with concessionary bus passes. It seems unfair that those with the greatest need receive the worst treatment..........." Concessionary Bus Pass Petition Wording
"We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to allow elderly people and those with disabilities, to be able to use their concessionary bus passes, to have free or subsidised use of Council approved community transport services."

Update 16th December 2009 An extra 24 people have signed in the last three days bringing the total to 157. The petition needs 500 people to sign to make the Government take notice.

 Beeford Bingo Night
Beeford Bingo Night Charity fundraiser for H.A.R.T. Community Transport raised the magnificent sum of £211.95. The Bingo session was organised by Trevor Potts and was held in Beeford on the 16th of November 2010. As well as raising funds for H.A.R.T. everyone had an enjoyable evening. Donations like this help keep the unfunded volunteer MEDiBUS and Shopping services operating and mean that the minibuses can operate for another day. Rurally isolated people who need to get to Hospital for an appointment or go shopping can now do so thanks to all those participated.
