Community Transport Dial A Ride services appeared in the Holderness Volunteer Centre (Hornsea) guestbook recently: 'Just wanted to make a note. I have used the MEDiBUS twice last week. It's OK, if your appointment is on Mon/Weds/Fri. It's only £2.75 return to Castle Hill from Brandesburton. The driver rings the night before to tell you what time to be ready the following morning. You often don't know what time you'll be finished so he goes to reception and asks. Eventually, if he goes away then he'll leave a message about his time of return. You can also use this bus to visit people in the hospitals (it's not just Castle Hill). What a marvellous thing!. I should think even people who have cars would be glad to use it - especially if not feeling too great'
