Community Transport MEDiBUS. Dial A Ride Eligibility Anyone living in the MEDiBUS, H.A.R.T. Community Transport or MIBUS scheme areas served who doesn`t own a car or have frequent and convenient access to one or who has mobility handicaps which prevent them from using ordinary bus services can use these services. Community Groups The H.A.R.T. Community Transport vehicles are available to any Community group or not for profit organisation operating in East Yorkshire.
