Rise is a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England, in an area known as Holderness. It is situated approximately 7 miles (11 km) east of the town of Beverley and 5 miles (8.0 km) south west of Hornsea it lies to the east of the B1243 road.

Rise Parish Community Transport Services
The Parish of Rise is serviced by the following H.A.R.T. Community Transport volunteer services:
- MEDiBUS services include dial-a-ride transport to all the Hospitals, doctors, dentists and specialist clinics in Hull and East Yorkshire.
- MiBUS and Shopping services operate from Holderness villages to market towns and supermarkets.
- Community Transport Volunteer car services are available to anyone who doesn't have easy access to transport in Holderness.
- Community Group minibus vehicles are available for use by for not for profit groups in East Yorkshire
