H.A.R.T. Community Transport Wiki From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Holderness Area Rural Transport (H.A.R.T.) is a registered Charitable organization running door to door dial-a-ride Community Transport services for North, Mid and South Holderness in East Yorkshire in England. Objectives 'To provide a community transport service for the inhabitants of North Holderness and its neighbourhood who are in need of such a service because of age, sickness or disability (mental or physical), or poverty, or because of a lack of availability of adequate and safe public passenger service'. H.A.R.T. achieve these objectives by: - Operating the door to door, Dial a Ride, Community Transport services serving all the hospitals, doctors, dentists and specialist clinics in Kingston upon Hull and the East Riding.
- H.A.R.T. also make available minibuses, with disabled and wheelchair access, at cost, to community and voluntary groups in the area.
